What an amazing car buying experience! I never would have imagined a dealership having this many friendly people all in one store. From the front to the back. My Sales Consultant, William Wallace, was extremely knowledgeable about the Tundra that I wanted. He knew all of the vehicle features and he was able to confidently answer all of the questions that I had. General Sales Manager, Matt Winters, took special care and extra time to ensure a very solid and fair value for my trade-in truck. Sales Manager, Chris Conroy, kept the atmosphere of the sales floor upbeat and humorous. All of the employees, and myself, were constantly chuckling at his variety of jokes and light humor. Once I reached the finance office, Finance Manager, Keith Offenberg, was such a friendly and upbeat person to work with to finalize my purchase. Should I ever need another vehicle there is only one place that I will return to. In addition, I have already bragged about this dealer to others and I will recommend them to anyone I come across who is in the market for a vehicle. This experience was well worth driving the 98 miles for!!!

I love Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg! Service is always excellent. I went early for state inspection and I was out in a little over an hour! The staff are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I especially appreciate the video from the mechanic that they send to let you know your car is done and if there's any recommendations for future maintenance to keep your car running smoothly for years!

Everything went smooth. They even sent me a short video after the state inspection was completed.

They were extremely helpful and easy to deal with. They were also the only dealer that wasn’t charging over sticker for my vehicle. Highly recommend.

My wife and I spent weeks searching for the perfect Toyota Highlander AWD, and found it listed on Sheehy Toyota's website. I sent a quick inquiry, which was answered almost immediately by Sheehy's Jim Glasner. He answered several questions, and provided a wealth of information about the vehicle and purchase options. Jim was prompt, polite, and very professional throughout the entire purchasing process. He coordinated/facilitated prepping the Highlander and its paperwork for the sale, and earned our trust and admiration. We flew down from New Hampshire to Fredericksburg VA, had the test drive and paperwork complete within a half hour, and headed north on I-95 just ahead of a major snowstorm. Sincere thanks to Jim, and Zach in the Finance Department, for their outstanding efforts on this purchase. Well done!

I've been coming for service here since 2012. The service manager used to be my advisor and I couldn't be prouder of how far he's advanced with the company. Ryan B. is my service advisor now and I really appreciate his positive vibe. Josh, the manager, always makes time to answer questions I have, I am a planner so I look ahead at service needs too, and he's very detailed in his responses and we communicate for understanding, I walk away with knowledge and assurance. I'm a quality over time patron, so if I have to hang out I'd rather that with a quality tech, versus in and out to save time. They don't mind me chatting as I wait too, and that makes the experience more enjoyable. I really appreciate the team here. I would definitely recommend 👌

I put my car on for recall repairs, I was given a loner. Later that day I returned my loner and received my car. Before I could leave the parking lot it was obvious the monitor did not work. I worked with Jed and feel he did everything in his power to resolve the issue. I was provided a loner and returned the next morning only to find that the seat built light did not work. After waiting another 30 minutes and approached a manager who was able to resolve the issue In 10 min 10 minutes.

Friendly and professional. I did not like the fact that the repairs that were recommended were not shown our mentioned in the video inspection.

Lloyd at Toyota was super helpful and friendly. 5 stars for customer service. However I ended up giving 3 starts because when I picked up my car from services there were dark grease stains on my white leather seats, and tools were left inside my car. It took a lot of cleaning to remove the stains and I’m disappointed in the lack of care when it came to servicing my car.
