Sales Manager, Chris Conroy, kept the atmosphere of the sales floor upbeat and humorous. All of the employees, and myself, were constantly chuckling at his variety of jokes and light humor. Once I reached the finance office, Finance Manager, Keith Offenberg, was such a friendly and upbeat person to work with to finalize my purchase. Should I ever need another vehicle there is only one place that I will return to. “ I put my car on for recall repairs, I was given a loner. Later that day I returned my loner and received my car. Before I could leave the parking lot it was obvious the monitor did not work. I worked with Jed and feel he did everything in his power to resolve the issue. I was provided a loner and returned the next morning only to find that the seat built light did not work. After waiting another 30 minutes and approached a manager who was able to resolve the issue In 10 min 10 minutes. ”

However I ended up giving 3 starts because when I picked up my car from services there were dark grease stains on my white leather seats, and tools were left inside my car. It took a lot of cleaning to remove the stains and I’m disappointed in the lack of care when it came to servicing my car. ”
