Josh, the manager, always makes time to answer questions I have, I am a planner so I look ahead at service needs too, and he's very detailed in his responses and we communicate for understanding, I walk away with knowledge and assurance. I'm a quality over time patron, so if I have to hang out I'd rather that with a quality tech, versus in and out to save time. “ I put my car on for recall repairs, I was given a loner. Later that day I returned my loner and received my car. Before I could leave the parking lot it was obvious the monitor did not work. I worked with Jed and feel he did everything in his power to resolve the issue. I was provided a loner and returned the next morning only to find that the seat built light did not work. After waiting another 30 minutes and approached a manager who was able to resolve the issue In 10 min 10 minutes. ”

However I ended up giving 3 starts because when I picked up my car from services there were dark grease stains on my white leather seats, and tools were left inside my car. It took a lot of cleaning to remove the stains and I’m disappointed in the lack of care when it came to servicing my car. ”
