My service advisor, Chanda Bryan, ignored my request for an Uber when I first arrived, even though I explained that I did not want to wait at the dealership. After waiting for four hours, I was finally asked whether I wanted to continue waiting, take an Uber, or leave with my car. Unfortunately, I found Chanda Bryan to be rude, unprofessional, and dismissive of my concerns. I expected much better customer service from a Toyota dealership.
