“ I put my car on for recall repairs, I was given a loner. Later that day I returned my loner and received my car. Before I could leave the parking lot it was obvious the monitor did not work. I worked with Jed and feel he did everything in his power to resolve the issue. I was provided a loner and returned the next morning only to find that the seat built light did not work. After waiting another 30 minutes and approached a manager who was able to resolve the issue In 10 min 10 minutes. ”

However I ended up giving 3 starts because when I picked up my car from services there were dark grease stains on my white leather seats, and tools were left inside my car. It took a lot of cleaning to remove the stains and I’m disappointed in the lack of care when it came to servicing my car. ”

“ I dont understand why the GMC service department doesn't return calls. I guess its ok to ignore customers, or perhaps they feel they dont need the additional business. When there is a obvious difficiency in customer service, what are thenother underlying issues. I also had asked for an extended warranty quote and was told that someone would get back to me and that never happened. This type of service would never have been tolerated when Mr. Harris owned this location here in Fredericksburg. Not all change is good and this is a perfect example. I guess I need to find another GMC service provider. ”

“ I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at this shop. Not only was I overcharged for the repair but the employee who took my ID when I arrived - didn't even enter my name correctly in the system. Everytime I tried to call to speak to someone I got the run around and if someone did answer they continously called me by the wrong name even when I corrected them. I was promised all these things and they were not delivered. The lack of integrity was ridiculous. I will never take my car there again. ”
