“ I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I was told my service would take about 2 hours, but I ended up waiting over 4 hours with very little communication. My service advisor, Chanda Bryan, ignored my request for an Uber when I first arrived, even though I explained that I did not want to wait at the dealership. After waiting for four hours, I was finally asked whether I wanted to continue waiting, take an Uber, or leave with my car. Unfortunately, I found Chanda Bryan to be rude, unprofessional, and dismissive of my concerns. I expected much better customer service from a Toyota dealership. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the way customers are treated. ”
